vaguely remembered chase series

Right.. poss early eighties , these people are on the run and at one point are hiding in an out of season caravan site.

For some reason they're terrified of this guy in a yellow mini-van (NOT DELBOY!) and whenever he turns up off they run again

His van had like teeth painted on it

Can't remember much else , sorry.

A work colleague reckons it was maybe earlier than the eighties and was called A PLACE TO HIDE but we can't find anything about it
