Trying to remember a 90s Action Adventure Kids Show

I think it was made in the 90s... i remember it was a kids show about kids around the world(mostly UK i think) connected in some way, they had crazy gadgets and stuff.. lol i don't really remember much because i think every episode was with different kids, i don't even remember the plot.... Anyone know??

It was not cartoons and i think it was a spy series....
