90's cartoon with rockman, wolf, talking eye, help pls!!!!

my son has a soft toy of a rockman, it was from a cartoon in the 90's on a sky channel like cartoon network i think. in the cartoon there were a boy, the rockman, a bouncing green, one eyed, talking ball with a long tongue, a wolf who could shoot sonic waves out of his hornes. a girl with cat like ears and tall and was dressed in a bikini. i really need to know the name of the programme, if my son looses this toy im doomed. hes autistic and the thought of this ever happening will just destoy him, please if any one can help me. many thanks k8

Wan't their "warriors who turned into rocks" (ala Transformers) toys around the He-man years? seem to remember my son having a few.
