Tom Tom, 1960s childrens quiz

Hi All,

Has anyone heard of a kids TV quiz show called Tom Tom which was shown on BBC1 in the 1960s?

A friend of mine has vague memories of it and would greatly appreciate any information especially with pictures. He thinks the show had something to do with slot cars and there was a gadget called Serendipity Dog which kept the scores.
