Dont give up I remember something along the same lines but also cant remember the title, lets throw what I remember in and see if it helps

Three people work in an office, an older gentleman owns the newspaper which is struggling to sell. The older guy is always dressed in cardigans.
Then there is his faithfull secretary she's also older/mature and she has a soft spot for the boss.
Last comes the reporter/office junior (male in his teens/early twenties) who's a bit of an idiot but means well.
The owner of the paper cant really afford to keep the staff but does not have the heart to let them go.
The only other thing that sticks out in my mind is that the office contained a proper big black typewriter NO computers

Not the one I'm thinking of but....Is It legal?? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zM7Nq...eature=related

The Scotsman would be Gregor Fisher (Rab c . Nesbitt)

British Sitcom Guide - Foxy Lady
