hi there i used 2 watch a programme i think it was early or mid 90s about a girl who turns into a monster it was supposed 2 be like dr jeklyl mr hyde but cant remember the name can any1 help

Remember watching this at a friends house as it was on tv for their younger brother. The Girl who played Julia (Olivia Hallinan) is the woman from Sugar Rush.
