Help! 1970's Alien Boy with powers.."Juggernaut"

Ok this is the second show that has been bugging me for many years:

Some teenage boy seems to be adopted or taken in by some family, but he has weird powers and keeps dreaming about something he calls "Juggernaut".
Memorable scene, family mother is ill/dying and he puts his hands on her and his eyes go into a starry video effect (overlay of starry sky) and maybe his palms too and he heals her then he faints from exhaustion.

What was it??? Aargh! Thanks!

The series was called 'Sky'. I've been trying to Goggle a link but keep getting stuff on Sky Satellite television! Someone here will help very soon, I'm sure

It was indeed a series called 'Sky', first broadcast in 1975.

Very nice site, soup dragon. But I think it's having some probs, as none of the menu options on the left of its title page will work.

The scans look nice though! Trouble is, my laptop will take till Christmas to load them! Will have to have a better look when I get more time.
