Glad to be of help! I knew it was this show the moment you mentioned the clothes the baddie was wearing! I remember watching this show many years back on ITV, it was shown every morning through the summer holidays.

i just went on bruce spence's wiki (the bad guy) and it said he was considered for scorpious in farscape! i said he reminded me of him, lol. it also said he was in the running for playing the joker in dark knight.
