Please help me remember this cartoon.

I remember a cartoon in the 70's, it featured jungle type animals, I remember a lion and a zebra I think. They were in a spaceship which they entered by zooming up a clear tube!!! Does anyone remember this, and what was it called? Did I just dream it?
