can not remember the title of this short cartoon

aright so it was a short cartoon don't know where, or what from, channel, anything. im almost positive it was 90's possibly early early 2000's. i keep wanting to say the title of the short was kitchen catastrophe... which i looked up. it almost reminded me of bob and margret, which in fact reminded me of this cartoon. basically this guy goes to enterain a date he has over for dinner, everything goes wrong. i remember something about a pig head being on the table along the fact she continued to eat all the nasty stuff he served. pretty sure there was a dog too. it's vague i know but its all i have. anyone PLEASE help me out.

This won't be the one, but the drawing style sounds similar, so perhaps it is from the same people that did The Cat Came Back.

im thinking it wasn't american... then again to be honest i don't even know if there was any speech other than grunts and things. i could be wrong and there was talking im not sure. the girl had really big lips tho!!! hahah i know wicked helpful.
