As the title says a football drama around 1975 sure it was on BBC1.
The plot, if memory serves me right, surrounds a kid and his dad ..think they were from Leeds..move to the country to get away from the dads past ...it transpires he was a pro- footballer who ended up getting injured during his career, and does not want his son going down the same path. Think it was called Striker...but not to sure.
