Tv show of the 70's

Does anyone remember a TV show from the 70's..a child from maybe Israel would live and go to school with a child from Greece for a week.then they would swap...I think the title music was...'If you were me and iwas you..see the things id see..do the things id do....

I remember this. And as soon as I saw those words written down, I recalled the signature tune too. Will be humming it all day now!

I Googled the lines to see if anything came up linked to a TV series but alas not. I'll keep trying.

This is ringing very loud bells, I'm sure I should know this one, infact I think the theme tune words have been posted here before, but sadly they are unsearchable.
