Does anyone remember a kids TV programme with a ghost of a victorian soldier in it? The only scene I remember is him peering in a window at night (which really sh** me up as a child). Think the basic storyline was these kids had gone to live with their grandparents in a cottage somewhere (possibly by the sea). I asked my brother and he mentioned something to do with a skull? Any help is much appreciated as it's been bugging me for years!
