Does anyone remember a programme called Chorltons Wheelies. There were all these characters on wheels spinning about the town and a witch who lived in a kettle?

I remember this! There was a witch as well..she was called Fenella. They all raced round on wheels instead of feet. Great programme!
If eight out of ten cats prefer whiskas, do the other two shave or wax?

Chorlton and the Wheelies. Chorlton was a happiness dragon. Fenella had a Welsh accent! Every episode, he defeated her with his happiness

This was a fun show by Cosgrove Hall, kinda reminded me of Hatty Town a bit too, and I liked that when I was younger too, and Larry the Lamb.

Chorlton and the Wheelies - excellent theme tune!! I have it on MP3 format and it still makes me smile when I listen to it.
                Cheers

I remember watching it, but could they sort of drop/ melt though the floor a bit like morph from take Hart, or I'm I mixing it up with something else?

oh yes!! I remember it so well that recently I've gone and made my own version of the intro sequence which you can view here:

YouTube - My 3D version of Chorlton and the Wheelies

                          hope you enjoy it.

Fenella the kettle witch and her sidekicks used to pop up and disappear through the floor, so you were thinking of the right program.

Classic show, I have all of the episodes on DVD.
