Help. Boy who won lots of money...

I've done a search and not come up with anything. It was a series in the 90s (possibly 80s), about a teenage boy who won a lot of money - it may have been the 'pools'. He bought a big house, and he and his frinds moved in. I recall the theme tune was very catchy. Can anyone help?
