70s Western Thursday nights on ITV (UK)

There used to be (I think early to mid 70s) a double-bill of half-hour TV westerns on Thursday nights on ITV (UK) from 7 to 8pm.
One was The Rifleman (who could forget?) but I can't remember the name of the other show.
I remember a blond guy on a piebald horse - I think he may have been an army scout in Arizona but not certain.
Does anyone remember this show?

Definitely not Branded. Brilliant opening to that show.
I'm not good on horses but I now think the horse was an Appaloosa.

Thanks, but it's not in that list either. I think the central character was in a Shalako type role.
Is there anywhere the old TV listings can be found? I've seen sites listing favourite UK programmes each week (the top 20) from the 70s but alas my western isn't among them!
Does anyone remember this Thursday night double-bill of The Rifleman and ***?

I looked in the few issues of TV Times I have from 1973/74, but are no Western shows on a Thursday in those issues

The Texan was a show with a Piebald Horse

Unfortunately,the Texan did not have blonde hair.

Wanted,Dead or Alive had a blonde haired guy in it.Unfortunately,he played a bounty hunter.

The Rebel had a blonde man in it.Could it have been a singular episode of this you saw,were he picked up a piebald horse?

The only show i can find at present,regarding a scout for the us cavalry,was Hondo.

Could any of these be the one you remember?
