90's Cartoon - Help Needed

I was just wondering if anyone can shed any light in me remembering this cartoon. All I can really remember about it is it was in the 90's & i'm pretty sure it was on ITV. The characters in in were sort of pink in colour and they had purple spots (either all over or just on their nose, I can't remember) and there were 3 baddies in it. I think it was sort of set around a junk yard and I think there were sort of dungeon things in it too.

I know its a bit vague but it's really been bugging me for a good few years now as to what it was..........any help will be greatly appreciated!
