Hi Can anyone remember a kids tv show in the later 80's that was on at lunchtimes on weekdays. I think it was a show made up of either little bits or a different thing every day. 1 was about a dolly, but the 1 I esp remember was a man who used to create a town (and maybe other things) out of sand and use wooden veichles etc in it to tell a story?

Rag-Dolls set in Birmingham/the West Mids area springs to mind/jumps to mind straight up - it was set/based on a Canal and they did differing/different thins like Sooty and Sweep and Rainbow etc
Though going on what you say OP I am unsure if it all tally's up etc

Thanks, no it wasn't Rosie and Jim. It wasn't an introduction, it was a propper programme that lasted at least 10 mins if not more. I'm not sure if there were a few different little features within one show, or just a short one every day. The only one I can remember clearly is the sand box town/veichle one with the older man. Mayb it wasn't on at lunchtimes, but I thought it was!

The sand box town sounds like Potty Time with Michael Bentine.Originally posted by smiles7964 View PostThanks, no it wasn't Rosie and Jim.
