1980's Cassette Tape with Childrens Stories

Hi, there was a cassette we listened to a LOT. There was a man who sand and told stories and there were sometimes kids in the back ground. The three stories I can recall are "We're going on a Bear Hunt," "Magic Eyes of Little Crab," and "The Ghost with one black eye." PLEASE help... would love to have these for my own kids.
