I've just bought myself the latest edition of this classic book, more for nostalgic purposes than any desire to cook but hey, it might inspire me!
The reason being that my mother owned one from before I was born and I loved flicking through it as a child as it had big, bright full page glossy pictures of the most gorgeous looking food. She still has it and I still feel warm inside when I look at the pictures. There's no date on hers but it looks to be from the early 70's judging by the content. If anybody knows when each edition was released let me know!
