There was also a girls comic similar to Misty called “spellbound” did the OP ever read that?

I did see that but thought the planet may look like or be made from paper.. Oh well hopefully someone else will recognise the story

With the narrowing down of the Misty suggestion I read through a list of stories and I think you maybe be looking for Titch's Tale ?

I do remember it, my sister would get girls comics like Bunty and Mandy but I never read those, but I did read Misty ,maybe it was in there

Haven't a clue, My twin sis used to get Bunty etc but I doubt she'll remember LOL it is intriguing tho

Hi.

Could be Bunty or Judy or something like that. This was back in the late seventies early eighties. The story was creepy. It was about a girl who loses her kite. She follows it and finds herself in a world made from paper. A horrible paper man chases her off at the end. Ring any bells? Love to know more about it. Thanks.
