  • Cadbury's Stackers

    Does anyone remember Cadbury's Stackers?

They were crisps in a tube (yes I know it's unusual to think of Cadbury's making crisps), years before Pringles appeared.

We got them at christmas in the late 70's.

Remember these very well. They were lovely! So much nicer than Pringles. Not very many people believe that they existed. Especially when you mention the Cadbury element! These were a favourite of my Dad. I seem to remember that one of the flavours was Paprika.
    Heaven knows I'm miserable now.

Totally forgotten about these until I read this post.
I remember them being really good.
Can't find any info on them unfortunately.

I remember them - but I wasn't allowed them, as they were too expensive!

They were dear yeah, that'd why we only got them at christmas, along with after eights and matchmakers etc...

I only remember getting the ready salted ones though, unlike a previous poster who mentions Paprika.

No worries. Any idea if it's worth anything?

                        Thanks for the pic
If you can, stick it on Ebay with as much info as you can
Some of these sorts of things make a fair few quid (nothing major obviously), but this seems quite rare, and Cadburys must have a few collectors out there

                        Good Luck

                          just how expensive where these.
was there any smaller size tube of these.

I'll echo what Sixty has said, it depends on the collectors finding it
but we've seen single crisp packets go for £15-£20 but of course you can never guarantee the bidders.
I'd put a starting bid and a reserve on it if you don't want it to go for pennies .

Amazing! I literally haven't seen this since about Xmas 1979 when we finished off that last tube!

                              Thanks for posting.
