Ok I'm Confused, and I know thats easily done!! But here goes, Cadburys still make Cadburys Caramel, but its now called Cadburys Dairy Milk Caramel, so has the taste changed?And Galaxy also do thier own version the Galaxy Caramel.


So I guess my main question is, Is it just the name thats changed or the taste!

Just to confuse you further, in Oz we have the Dairy Milk Caramello. I guess it must be the same as the Dairy Milk with Caramel that you have.

Plus we have a similar product to the Galaxy Caramel called Dove Caramel (sorry, couldn't find a pic). After a bit of research I found out that they are both manufactured by the Mars corporation as I suspected. The packaging is almost identicle (same colours, style, etc.)

Update.
I checked in my local shops.
The 'Dairy Milk with' range have not replaced the old favorites.

Caramel is still a bar on its own and in the 'Dairy Milk with' range.
same as Turkish Delight is in both ranges.
All that has changed is the wrapper, no longer the famous yellow.
it now looks like this.. Galaxy Caramel

I'm sorry Daz but Caramel for me will ALWAYS be Cadburys Caramel in the yellow wrapper - sure they still make it but I want Cadbury's Caramel back on it's own
Galaxy is disgusting (only because I find Galaxy chocolate vile and too sickly)

I tried to get both Cadbury and Nestle to think about making a special limited edition RETRO SELECTION BOX for adults of our years only for next Xmas. Their response.... not enough people would be interested.!!!!

Aero ripped off Cadbury's. But Whispa Gold was like the shizzit of all airated chocos. mmmm, nice!
