This marine debris was found in Somerset. Initial research shows Tip tops produced a narrow ice lolly. The width of this suggests a jubbly form but jubbly were produced by calypso. 4d suggests uk origin. Any suggestions?

I thought that Tip Top was the cream in a tin made by Nestle that one poured over fruit salad - that was what the 1980s and 1990s adverts told us anyway. The fruit that never stops talking - cue people like Barbara Windsor and Donald Sinden lending their voices to the fruit pieces in a bowl just before they were to be drenched by a pouring of Tip Top.
I assume that the ice lolly thing that you found was unconnected to that?I've everything I need to keep me satisfied

Yes, a brand of 'ice pole' or 'freeze pop' made in West Bromwich.
