I used to love Opal Fruits but then I lived abroad for a while, (Army) and when I came back they were nowhere to be found. I didn't realise some marketting fat cat had changed their name so I went without for many years. Now, I sit at work with a bag of "starbursts" in my pocket, happily munching away!!

Used to like Opal Mints myself - they changed the name to Pacers and took half the lovely unsafe chemical flavourings out.

Maybe a lot better for you but didn't taste anywhere as good !

Why does that happen that healthy stuff tastes **** ?

Do you know one thing that bugged me all those years ago, and it did it again, several times last week - the damned individual wrapper. The corners are so sharp that they penetrated beneath my fingernail and caused a bit of blue air!!!
