Now that HAS to be the most mouth watering thread EVER!!!! Has taken me hours to read but the best few hours in a long long time I have to say.

What on earth was in a fry's Swing bar?
                Are curly wurlys smaller....definately!
Can't believe I missed out on a cadburys Lime tray bar....tragedy!
Things I can't eat anymore? My PE teacher Mr Connolly used to foam white saliva from the sides of his mouth as he spoke and one day at school dinners I was eating lemon meringue pie when one of the kids said the top looked like the stuff that came out of Mr Connolys mouth .....ewwwww, I have NEVER been able to eat it since!
Still haven't seen a wrapper from the smallest golden cup. It was the domed bar and was wrapped in foil...delicious.
Would join any petition to bring back the five centre bar....loved it.
I ALWAYS ate the white paper on the choc ciggies...shocked to discover it wasn't sugar paper....lol.

We have a place in Glasgow called The Barras where you can find all sorts of junk from way back and it has recently opened an old sweet shop where you can buy all the old sweets. They have spanish gold tobacco, MB bars, cherry lips, whoppers and all sorts of the old 'worths' as we called them, like the triangle candy balls, soor plooms, sweet peanuts etc etc.....only now if you asked for 10p worth they would most likely hand you an empty bag!

A great thread and I feel like I am 6 years old again
