    Bloody hell how time flies, I posted that ^ back in 2009 on the wrapper thread! I thought it was within the past 12 months lol

            these where just wonderful.

            yet another one consigned to the dustbin of history.

                    The sweets I miss are:

                    Texan Bar
                    Star Bar (used to love the adverts)
                    Marathon
                    Banjo

                    Do they still make chocolate coated Jelly Tots in the UK? I've never had them, but I would have to admit I reckon they'd taste a bit odd! ;-)

                      Anyone else remember Junglies? (apologies if they'vebeen mentioned earlier, but there's no way I'm wading through this ginormous thread to check! )

                      They were like Jelly Babies, but were jungle animals instead, they came in a cardboard cube with parts of animals on each face. You had to collect lots of cubes to make the pictures up, jigsaw style.

                            I miss several swwts and lollies from the 70's

                            Jack of Diamonds, Haunted House and walls death ray lollies

                            Texan bar , Space Dust , Hanky Panky , Nutty looked like a terd with peanuts all over it lol

                            KP outer spaces, Kung fues and Smiths skydivers

                                Texan bars were my all time favourite chocolate. Now I have to make do with Chomps, a pale imitation!!
