I remember the blue mobility cars at the footie. Always parked behind the goals great view and nice and dry when it was hissing down, in the days before "super stadiums"!
Actually does anyone else remember the Glass milk bottles, with the long narrow necks, and metal lids you needed a opener for??? I cant find a picture of one to post
Hey you never know when useless information, will come in, erm, useful. When I win "who wants to be a millionaire" on a question about the half pence peice, i'll be thinking ohh Steve, Steve who???? no just joking I'll go halfs on the prize money.

It will be the small ones I remember then, smaller than todays penny.
Just found some info on the ship ha'penny - they were produced between 1937-1967, so they were long before your time, they were about 1" diameter, and the picture of the ship is Sir Francis Drake's 'The Golden Hind'. So there's some more useless information for you.
Yep I sure do, also remember bigger 5p ,10p and 50p coins, Think mum has one of the first £2 coins somewhere, also a limited addition £5 coin, I also remember the five and ten pound notes being bigger too.
It will be the small ones I remember then, smaller than todays penny.
