He became quite reclusive the older he got - didn't see much of him on tv as you used to...

any idea what the last show he did was.

cannot remember him doing anything in the last 5 yrs.

sad indeed.
he was a regular fixture for all of us at one time.

I agree very sad news indeed, he never fixed it for me when I wrote in, but I still loved watching the show!!

Very sad to hear the news that Jimmy has died at the age of 84

He was a big part of my childhood on radio and tv, mainly with of course Jim'll Fix It.
