A few, but then I wound up at a halfway house type of school for dropouts and on to the toughest school in the city which had a daycare on the ground level because all the girls who had gotten into trouble that way also went to it. I'd been mixed up with delivering and holding certain intoxicants. I never had any run-ins with actual police, just school teachers who didn't know even half of what I'd been up to. I was not really tough at all myself, mostly 'invisible', but I could get away with almost anything. I actually had a worse time at the better school I went to, so many of the kids from the better side of town were the worst!

Knew a boy who had done break and enters, a girl who set fires... really, I was always in with the bad kids after primary... all the smokers, tokers, drinkers.
