Rabbit Phones

Does anyone remember Rabbit phones? It was an early form of mobile phone that you could only make calls from (not receive) and you had to be standing near to a Rabbit phone sign to get a signal (they were on various shops)
I cant remember any other details. Perhaps others can and does anyone know any signs still in place and any photos maybe? Did you own one?

I think we've mentioned them here before.

The IT technician at my college had one with a base station that plugged into a standard BT socket.

A shop near my ex-girlfriend's former flat had a Rabbit sign up until at least 2003, & a former electrical shop near where I work had one on display until a couple of years ago.
