Today marks the 30th anniversary of this event, I remember first hearing the news when my family was driving back from a day trip to Jodrell Bank.

Ironically these days Timothy McVeigh would probably be pleased with how the USA is doing!

Also 250 years since Paul Revere's midnight ride ("two if by sea")... and here they are getting taxed on imports (by 'royal' decree) yet again!

The thing I most remember about the Oklahoma bombing though is the dead children from the building's nursery.

I know that the bombing was so soon after Nicholas Ingram's execution which is how I remember it - and of course, McVeigh got the same treatment as Ingram in 2001.
