costumes was very good this year like something out of zombie films good work to all those ppl

I always kinda forget halloween partly because its near christmas i think. When kids start dressing up i remember it.
And lots of ads on tv as well.

is halloween just another thing we decided to celebrate it seems more of an american thing.
I think its something fairly recent for us say 30 odd yrs but something americans have celebrated for much longer.
Reason i bring it up is it was mentioned on the radio.FOR THE HONOUR OF GRAYSKULL

It's gone far too commercialised now. It was once about having a bit of fun, a party and perhaps really frightening some unsuspecting grown up. The idiots have now taken over. Getting wrecked seems to be part and parcel of everything.Who cared about rules when you were young?
