What I remember about "V" was that it featured an unknown Robert Englund before he went on to play Freddie Krueger.

So after the joy of recently having my fave comedy series Plebs back for a third series and then last week the wondrous Game of Thrones returning I see that the amazing Peaky Blinders returns next week and the phenomenal Gomorrah returns the week after.

I'm beside myself with happiness

Just need the new series of Vikings to come and the reported new Deadwood specials

More of an opinion than a recommendation.

Recently watched Black Sails which seemed promising but turned out to be rubbish American tripe with unconvincing beardy men, lesbian romping and "yawn!!"... Endless soft porn. Couldn't find a plot line and was expecting something more like a modern day clash of the titans but it was more like a Benny hill sketch that wouldn't quit!!

Didn't bother with the last couple of episodes. I'd get more substance from a cheese sandwich

I know it's not exactly "vintage" but I starte watching Sherlock about 2 years after it started and now I'm hooked!

I've read the regular series wasn't as good as the original mini-series, being too action based without the thoughtfullness of the earlier stories.

Ive never saw it but have heard good things about it.

I would recommend worzel gummidge so soo good.

survivors was a great series where the plotline involved a scientist releasing a deadly virus which virtually killed off the human race.

A bit like the post nuclear bomb films such as the day after & threads

Ive been watching the Goldberg's on E4 recently. It's a bit like wonder years but set in the 1980s. I didn't like it at first but its quickly become a guilty pleasure for me and I laugh my head off at it now.
