Bootleg beatles at manchesters bridgewater hall just before christmas, these guys have been going about 20 years plus but they really are very good and probably better than the real Beatles since you could never hear them over the screaming.

That was when he was into his synth noodling with Klaus Schulze- not the best period of the whole Ash Ra Tempel mythos. It did at least produce the half-way decent 'Friendship' album though.
The Barbican concert was in two parts - opening with Göttsching solo doing his famed techno piece E2-E4, whereas the far better second half showcased the classic early ART material, including Amboss, Traumaschine and the utterly sublime Suche und Liebe. It was magnificent!

Absolutely stunning to experience the classic cosmic Krautrock I've been into since my school days live at last!
