Several useless movies spring to mind: The 1983 swords and sorcery tale Deathstalker is one. It's bottom of the barrel stuff from non-existent plotting, terrible acting, laughable scripting, schlock editing and bargain-basement style background settings. As for movies since 2000 I'm sure The Fat Slags would be at the top of people's lists. From start to finish it is unwatchable and there's nothing even remotely funny about it. I'm sure this had to be the lowest ebb in the British movie industry.
The first Deathstalker movie was so-so and took itself far too seriously, but Deathstalker II was directed by the legendary Jim Wynorsky who played it for laughs and it is one of my all-time favourite movies!
I would still rate Mars Attacks as the worst movie I have ever seen as it failed on every count, not working as sci-fi, comedy or satire.
Another horrendous movie which I saw recently was the 'comedy' Jane And The Lost City from 1987. It was an adventure spoof based on an old British wartime comic strip which had the heroine Jane losing her clothes due to her stupidness. This movie tries very hard to be funny but it fails - I didn't find it even remotely funny. The only good thing about it was Kirsten Hughes who plays Jane and that's only because she's beautiful and strips down to her underwear several times over the course of the story. The rest of the cast tried their best with the script but comedian Jasper Carrott was horribly miscast as a Nazi officer.
Last month I watched the 70's British sex comedy The Man Who Couldn't Get Enough. Fans of the late Roger Lloyd Pack who played Trigger in Only Fools And Horses will be surprised at his antics. He plays an architect who designs a marina based on a pair of breasts and in his quest to find the perfect breasts to model the marina on - he has sex with countless women. There's hardly any comedy at all (more like a soft porno) and the majority of the movie is filled with beautiful and attractive women who get their kit off and fool around with Lloyd-Pack. It's a dreadful movie.

It's only going through the list of movies I've seen this year that I notice how many clunkers I've had the misfortune of wasting my time on.
Creepozoids (1987) - Substandard Alien rip-off set in 1998 in a post holocaust world where five army deserters take refuge from acid rain in an isolated lab. It's a containment facility for a government experiment that has created a hideous monster and giant rats. The special effects are really bad. The monster is a man in a suit and the giant rats are hand puppets. What's really bad and laughable is a fight between the last deserter alive and a newborn baby monster. Definitely a movie to avoid!
Down Among The Z-Men (1952) - I know that The Goons were very popular in their heyday and a favourite of Prince Charles but my word their first and last movie is a right stinker. The script itself isn't particularly funny; and what is funny is typically undercut by poor direction. I wouldn't bother with this movie unless you want to torture yourself.
Raw Force (1982) - One of the worst actioners I've had to see in a long while. It's got all the ingredients of a low-brow trash movie. Topless (and bottomless) girls, kung-fu kicking chefs, slave traders, evil Germans with mustaches and sword-wielding zombies. The fight choreography is terrible to say the least. The less said about the acting by the entire cast the better. A very bad movie if I ever saw one!
there are so many, can't remember them coz I usually switch em of, but I did buy a nicolas cage movie http://www.imdb.com/title/tt2467046/ REALLY HARD GOING!!
It's still in the blu ray player, I told the wife I will put it back in it's case and leave it outside for someone to take it away
Some terrible movies can be fun because they are so bad, others are just terrible because of their dullness, coupled with the circumstances in which we watch them. White nights, just meh! coupled with a first and only date which I think we both knew was a mistake.
some bad films are so bad theyre good indeed.
ive seen tons of them.
ones i think its terrible are the blair witch films it seems u either love or hate them.
The first blair witch was ok as it was quite original, all the copy cats afterwards were a busted flush.
The really bad films I'm on a about are the likes of "Sharknado", "Lake Placid" basically most of the stuff on scy-fy and horror (the wife laps them up, I'll take in one a week or so). strippers vs werewolves was on again tonight, hilarious, abd even Richard Briers turns up in cockneys vs zombies.
