    The answers to the quiz.....

The film was Fright from 1971. The two male stars were Dennis Waterman and George Cole, who went on to great success in Minder.

Here's a clue: The title was a single word. The two male characters were probably some of the biggest ITV stars in the late 70s and 80s.

Name the early 70s chiller in which Susan George as a babysitter is menaced by a killer. As a bonus, name the two male cast members who went on to star in a very successful and long-running comedy-drama for ITV in the late 70s and well into the 80s.

There are three I had in mind.
Interview with the Vampire (1994), Mission: Impossible (1996), Saving Private Ryan (1998),

At the time, circa 1971, it caused a bit of a stir, but is largely forgotten now. Those life-size child replacements were so creepy.
