Burton's Fish 'n' Chips were a sort of a biscuity, crackery, crisp. They came in a bag with newspaper print on it. They crisps themselves were in the shape of a fish or a chip. They never quite had enough flavour on them.
Local newsagents circa 1985-1986 sold them, and the "newsprint" on the packet was either in Latin or French - does anyone remember that?
I used to prefer your actual Fish and Chips myself...
