Re: just remembered this band Chumbawamba
While Tubthumping was OK none of their other songs did well with me, mostly because they were too political & the against the "Cool Britannia" mantra of the time made them sound like they had come through a 20 year time warp.
That & the number of daft publicity stunts meant they had vanished from the mainstream within a year or so.
According to the Wikipedia they are still around & pretend their mainstream period never happened!
