"Stay Another Day" by East17 was a huge Christmas hit, but it had nothing to do with Christmas.
They just filmed the video in big fluffy white coats, and tacked some sleighbells on the end.
Errrrgh, horrible memories of that.

Non-christmassy christmas songs...
Alas, the festive season is but a faded memory by now. And, some people have received their dreaded credit card bills.
But, after watching some old TOTP editions on Beeb 4, I started thinking about some of the non-christmassy (If that's a proper way of saying it) Christmas songs. By that I mean, songs that were hits during the christmas period years ago, but did not actually mention christmas
