One from Not the Nine O'Clock News. I think it was called I Believe and maybe they were dressed as cowboys sitting around a fire. They sang about believing various outlandish things and the last line was "...but I can't believe Ronald Reagan is president." Obviously screened shortly after the 1980 election.
There's also a version adapted for "Saturday Live" with just Rowan Atkinson and Angus Deayton, which is also on YouTube but which I can't include in this post. (Only one video allowed)

Hahahahahaha Thanks ZipperCat. They had some great silly songs on there like "I Like Trucking", "The Ayatollah Song" and the one parodying Sheena Easton's "Nine to Five". Pamela Stephenson wasn't a bad singer for this type of song and she was very easy on the eye, plus the tunes were quite catchy.
