Piece of music in a film

I know you guys are good so I'm hoping you can help me. I recently heard a piece of music on the radio by Craig Ogden called 'Romance'

It's bugging me but I swear I've heard it in an 80's or 90's film but can't find it. I've tried googling it but to no avail.

Can anyone help me before I have no hair left??????

Its not the same piece, the one in top gun is called Memories by Harold Faltermeyer

sound similar maybe your confusing them ?

"Romance" is the theme music to the classic French movie "Jeux Interdits" (Forbidden Games).
It is so well known in France that the music itself is known as Jeux Interdits.

I bought the DVD for my (French) wife a few months back, as she hadn't seen it since her childhood. Very poignant movie about the effect of war on children.
