Music Video 1987 - 89

When I used to watch America's Top 10 with my brother the title sequence used to include clips from music videos.

One used a few times had a close up shot of a man wearing sunglasses with lots of swirly computer generated shapes zooming round him.

Me & my brother used to find this very strange, but have never found what song this was from.

Any ideas anyone? it would have been something released between about late 1987 & 1989.

Max Headroom did come to mind, but this was a bit different, as the face had normal dark hair, rather than Max's rubber moulded hair.

Possiblt Groove Is In The Heart by Dee-Lite but that was in 1991...
