being the Retro Gamer tragic that I am i've been listening to a CD of remixed SID chip tunes from the C64 of late. Mostly Rob Hubbard stuff, who was my favourite BITD, although Martin Galway was also a talent.

The car is now the only place i listen to cds since discovering Spotify, currently inhabiting my cd player i have hamburger concerto by Focus who many of you may remember best for 70s hits Sylvia and hocus pocus. if any prog fans out there have not heard this album i can recommend it!

I fell in love with Never Before by Deep Purple and decades later discovered most of their fans and some of the band HATED the track with a vengeance for some reason ..

More or less it's Xmas ones now (though not in the Car) but at home currently at the moment

When am traveling away on a Long Drive in the Car at Xmas - we end up as we get nearer our destination Xmkas ones too, as like a friend of several mutal friends once said back in the mid noughties coming home from Reading Uni - "we finished off with Chris Rea and Driving Home For xmas" as we got nearer Home and the irony in that I have found and still find very touching and ironic in itself given the song's name, since he told me that all them years back
