    Whoa, strange coincidence.
About 10-12 years back I was playing a gig with the band I was in at the time.
I went for a wander & found that outside the back of the venue was an old disused shed.
I had a look about, & on the floor I found Jilted John's 'True Love Stories' LP.
The sleeve was knackered, as was the record.

Anyone else found a Jilted John record anywhere ?

Probably 'Gordon Is A Moron' by Jilted John- I didn't even BUY it, I found it in the back garden hedge of a house we were viewing in Malvern, Worcestershire when we were house-hunting here back in '86! The label was so badly worn I couldn't see what it said, I had to play it on our old Fidelity turntable to find out. Having said that, it's not warped at all and survived the elements remarkably well....

All I can really recall of the Streak was everyone at school going 'Don't look Ethel!'

heheh, I found it on YouTube and had it on full blast. My daughter was giving me the 'what on earth is so funny about that, and why are you enjoying it so much' look ... kids these days.

'The Floral Dance' by Terry Wogan ... I wanted the version that was just played by the brass band but Woolworths had run out and only got the Wogan copy so I had to ... ahem ... 'make do' *coff*

My other half owns a copy of 'The Streak' by Ray Stevens, and somewhere locked away I have 'Classical Cluck / in the Mood' - now that really that needs to be on I-Tunes =D

So that was you was it? I think I was on a coach going the other way...lol!

    Oh that's mine too!
Probably it's more embarrassing to say that I still actually like it (to the extent I saved it from the skip round at dad's a couple of weeks ago), even if the ending is so sad it makes me cry.

Either that or "The Trail of the Lonesome Pine" by Laurel & Hardy (which I also rescued...)

I dson't consider many i've got embarrassing really, I think that is other people's judgement somehow. I like all walk's of music (bar Classical etc) and even buy CD's of Artrists who sing in pubs as we have a good "scene" round my area for this - plus my Uncle's Son (not my Cousion) is a Semi Pro Singer who get's quality jobs at places like Butlins, and other varying clubs with good reputations who sing's whatever from the late 50s to a bit of Robbie Williams, Boyzone etc. I think my Mum'd say how can I like Daniel O' Donnell though on a more proffessional CD collectors scene.
