this thread has got me genuinely LOLing. Hilarious. I'm starting to think bangers must feature in bohemian rhapsody somewhere. Warm sausages, prawn sausages, now one sausage tea!

Re: Wrong lyrics
I thought 'strong beliefs' was 'trampoline'.
Rush Rush by Paula Abdul sounded like Push Push.
Shake Your Head by Was (Not Was) sounded like Shave Your Hair.

Re: Wrong lyrics
Another one of mine - Madonna, Express Yourself
'Long stemmed roses from a radio heart throb...' should have been 'Long stemmed roses are the way to your heart, but...'
Radio heart throb??? Pat Sharp and his mullet perhaps ???

Re: Wrong lyrics
heard a guy singing at work one day, I told him he was singing the wrong lyrics
He argued with me for ages until I turned around and said " who the F"@ is Eddy ?? "
The song was by the Shamen " Move any Mountain "
work mate was singing " I can move, move, move Eddy's Mountain "

Don't laugh but remember Todd Rudgren's "I Don't Wanna Work I Wanna Bang on the drum all day"?
I thought it was "I don't Wanna Work I Want to Bang on each other all day"!

Re: Wrong lyrics
My friend used to sing Genocide by Off Spring and say:
Donkey Kong Everyday...
When the proper lyrics is:
Dog eat Dog everyday... on our fellow man we prey.

Re: Wrong lyrics
I'm surprised no-one's yet mentioned - 'well, go and get stuffed!' - actually 'When The Going Gets Tough' by Billy Ocean.
