early 80's scots song

does anyone remember a song from around 1982 in which a scottish bloke was very patriotic and was on top of a hill singing with a huge sword with a camera attaches to the end.

the video had girls with bagpipes and clips of a bull terrier singing "over the sea" during the chorus.

Weird i know, but its doing my head in trying to remember it.

Yep it was Jessie Rae "Over the Sea" i have it on video, I taped it off the Tube in about 1984
