name of compilation album

Bought: 1990
Cover: orange and turquoise with black urban scenes including bits of the atomium in brussels.

Can't remember what was on it as I get it confused with another album I had at the time.
It was mostly house music. I think 'wishing on a star' was on it. Perhaps 'Ride on time' and also Gwen Dickie's version of carwash.

Oooh I forgot this album had one of my favourite tunes of the time on it. Mental by Manic MCs. I've just lost myself in 1990 all over again. I still love the tune!

Album graphics don't get much more late '80s/early '90s than that!
