I have it, I got mine from a Charity shop for £3 it was still sealed, Auctions are also good sources look in the box lots, I have got a lot of old games that way

We have this boardgame. It was made by Ford in 1973. We also play it as a family game and it is easy to play, like Monopoly only with farms instead of property and tractors instead of houses and hotels. I have seen a couple of them for sale on ebay, but it is definitely called Agrihazard.

I think this was just called Farming. My parents had a set in the 1980s, & it might still be around.

I remember the hazard cards had accidents like rolling over a tractor.

One problem we found with playing the game were the rules were fairly complicated even for adults, & having to buy & sell things in the right season was a challenge.

Never owed it but seen it listed on ebay a few times in my years of Board Game hunting, there's also pictures on boardgamegeek.

I have no idea where I got this from...
Best described as a farming version of Monopoly, you moved around the board collecting animals, crops and tractors. The 'chance/community chest' cards were things like winning best in show or losing a crop to fungus ect, and when you got to the end of the board (one circuit being a year) you went to market, selling all your produce to fund your next trip around the board.
Never seen another one, bit specialist I 'spose.
