The other trick with Monopoly was to be the banker & use all the money there to play with.

One trick with Scrabble is to take more than 7 tiles & hope no-one notices.

Not really a cheat, but something to try playing word games is to play a made up word & hope that it's an obscure real word, & insist someone looks it up in a dictionary. Me & a cousin have both tried this, along with almost every scrabble game featured in a sitcom.

    Is it a man?
    No.
    Is she wearing glasses?
    No.
    Does she have blue eyes?
    No.
    Is she wearing a hat?
    No.
    But that's all options exhausted.
    I know, I'm cheating.

Needs updating with more females - if you have a woman then you're more or less guaranteed to lose

The Guess Who characters I remember most were Susan, Claire and Bernard. Bernard was the best

Hmm Toonlistguy, you sound like my other half, Optimus....Transformers keep appearing at our house.

I actually bought Guess Who a couple of years ago when I was working on Christmas Eve so that we had something to do when the phones weren't ringing. I was disappointed because they have changed the pictures of the faces and they aren't as weird as they used to be, but I suppose after about 30 years they had to update it!

I took my kids out shopping for things to buy with their birthday money, and tried really hard to get them to buy things that I actually wanted.

"Look at this metal detector! ooOOOOooooo!"

"Look! A transformer!!! HE TURNS INTO A CAR!!!!"

but my kids are weird, and they bought Guess Who.

(So I bought myself a transforner)
